On my weigh down
On my weigh down, the good news is I am 5 pounds to my prepregnancy weight, the bad news is that I was nyako machwe then so I need to lose quite a lot. I need to lose some before the weigh in at my unit in 2 months time. They revised the height and weight tables that we used to use and added pounds so (as in you can now weight more for a particular age and height), that gives me a few extra pounds (not sure if that is a good thing or not) I have been going to the gym after Henry wakes up in the morning and so far so good.

May resolution
My May resolution is to consume at least btw 25g-35g of fiber per day. I think it is doable. .5 cup of beans (9g) a medium apple (5g) and a slice of whole wheat bread (2-4g) and all that good for you oatmeal. and to go with all that fiber I will be taking in, 8 glasses of water :) they say if you put it down in writing, you are most likely going to do it.
the great debate that is going on at work is the proposed smoke-free campus, both inside and outside the buildings,...makes for interesting reading as people post their thoughts on the blog on the intranet

gym
my employer is planning to subsidize gym memberships for those employees who register with certain gyms by 29th Dec, I think. I have had all this time to do it but I have not. I am happy with my current gym but I am still kinda torn...should I go for the sports barn, rush or the Y?. there are also other gyms on the list but they are fairly new. I hope I will be able to get to one of them before the 29th, because I need one badly.
